What we collect
Account details (name, email, password — stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), the profile information you choose to add (profession, location, bio), and any CV you upload or build on the platform.
How we use it
To operate your account, show your job-seeker profile to employers you apply to or who unlock it, and to send account-related emails (application updates, verification decisions, password resets).
Who can see your CV
Your full name, contact details, and CV are only visible to an employer after you apply to their job, or after they unlock your profile in the candidate directory. Elsewhere, only your first name and general profession are shown.
Your controls
You can make your job-seeker profile private at any time from your dashboard, update or delete your CV, and request account deletion by contacting support.
Third parties
We use Resend to deliver transactional emails and Google for optional sign-in. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
